I'm a 35-year-old mother, and I've spent years learning exactly what it takes to build a body that looks strong, lean, and composed, without extremes.

I've been through the under-eating, the over-training, the scale obsession. I've helped the women around me break through plateaus and finally see the results they were working so hard for. And now I'm formalising what works.

The Aligned Body Method is not Instagram fitness. It's not a 6-week shred. It's a structured, data-driven process I built for driven women who are done guessing.

I live what I teach. I train 2–3 days per week. I eat within guided ranges. I track what matters. And I coach you with the same calm precision I apply to myself.
